I love designing rooms on the app I hate my results. The voters are STUPID! And we should all be receiving more diamonds 💎 for rooms and should be able to borrow carpets and art work for diamonds 💎.

I enjoy design home very much, and I like the idea of it, but I do have a few suggestions. First, I think that the players should be able to actually WALK through the homes (not in the challenges section but the “my home” section) because I think that this way it will feel more realistic, and we will have a better feel for the home. Second, I think that the players should be able to follow friends or people whose designs they find inspiring and interesting so that they can be notified whenever they make a new design, and so that you can learn from them and to give you ideas. Third, I think that there should only be one type of currency throughout the game, like just money and not diamonds, or vise versa, because I always come to the problem where I want to buy a painting for the room, but I don’t have enough diamonds, where I have MORE than enough money to buy it. I just feel like this will make the game less complicated, and a bit easier and more fun. Another suggestion is that I think we should be able to build/ design the furniture. Maybe not the shape because that would get to be a bit wonky, but maybe the pattern (polka dots, stripes, plaid, etc) the color, and the texture (fluffy, soft, rough, etc). This would give us more freedom and I know that we would enjoy the game a lot more. Adding on to this idea, maybe we wouldn’t be allowed to design the furniture during the challenges, but we could while working on our own homes. Like I said before, we should be able to walk around and get different perspectives of our homes. Last thing...😬😂🤷🏼‍♀️ I think that we should be allowed to move around furniture, walls, and rooms inside our home, and we should be allowed to name them, and give them more of our personal touch. Thanks for reading all of this if you actually did, it took me a while to write all of this so you better have.🙏🏻 Like I said before though, I really do appreciate this game, and all the new updates, I just feel like with some more changes, your game will be the best one out there.😉 Thanks again, and if you have any further questions, feel free to call me at +1 (248) 378-9188💝 bye bye

Love the game, wish I could pick a price range when shopping rather than wasting time going thru to find something within the price range o want to spend. Also same for diamond range. Other than those two issues the game is fun.
  • Awesome game for people who like designing things!

For anyone who loves the art of home decorating, I would highly recommend this game as a must! The game fails however in not really being “design” while only allowing you to choose furniture, artwork, and decorations. So a more appropriate name would be “home decorate”. There is also no ability to move around these said articles of furniture and fixtures-which would make for more interesting and creative gameplay. A second negative to the game is the inability to “really play” without spending actual money for decent furniture pieces. However, my biggest gripe with the game overall comes in the way the game is scored. For with each “challenge” there is a said “style” (most often) that is given in the challenge introduction. Nevertheless, the “Top Designs”-which are voted on by players-that win are seldom within the given style of the challenge. More often than not, the top designs are all monochromatic matching room color with any given furniture or decor that matches as well. I have seen some truly fabulous designs that NEVER make it to the “Top Design” and that is a true shame.

With the present system for judging design the score given has little to do with the quality of work the designer possesses. Poor design often receives top scores while good design gets low scores one of the main reasons for this is that all vote on the designs and those votes are usually based on the likes and preference of the voter not if the design follows good design guidelines, meets the requirements of that particular design and shows any design talent or individual creativity. . Whether the voter likes the color used or likes the wall art or the carpet etc. is the norm when he is asked which design do you like best design a or b. little regard is paid to the description of what the design style should be. Voters choices often have little to do with what makes a good design. Top designs usually end up looking like clones rather than a variety of options of design and individual creativity . Criteria for the design is often ignored and is not reflected in voting l think partly because that info is not available on the sketch during voting and who can remember the criteria for every design. Many designers admit to intentionally voting for poor design as protest. All in all a frustrating experience that keeps this game from being exceptional. A uniform, knowledgeable grading system would be a great improvement.
