Pokémon GO has now introduced the Trainer Battles feature. Enjoy one-on-one Pokémon battles with other Trainers nearby, or practice battling against team leaders Spark, Candela, and Blanche! Trainers can earn rewards for participating in battle and show off exciting Pokémon skills in one of three different Trainer Battle Leagues. Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. Pokémon GO is the global gaming sensation that has been downloaded over 850 million times and named "Best Mobile Game" by The Game Developers Choice Awards and "Best App of the Year" by TechCrunch. Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, and many other Pokémon have been discovered! Pokémon are out there, and you need to find them. As you walk around a neighborhood, your smartphone will vibrate when there’s a Pokémon nearby. Take aim and throw a Poké Ball… You’ll have to stay alert, or it might get away! Search far and wide for Pokémon and items Certain Pokémon appear near their native environment—look for Water-type Pokémon by lakes and oceans. Visit PokéStops and Gyms—found at interesting places like museums, art installations, historical markers, and monuments—to stock up on Poké Balls and helpful items. Catching, hatching, evolving, and more As you level up, you’ll be able to catch more-powerful Pokémon to complete your Pokédex. You can add to your collection by hatching Pokémon Eggs based on the distances you walk. Help your Pokémon evolve by catching many of the same kind. Choose a Buddy Pokémon to walk with and earn Candy that will help you make your Pokémon stronger. Compete in epic Gym battles You’ll join one of three teams and battle for the ownership of Gyms with your Pokémon at your side. As your Charmander evolves to Charmeleon and then Charizard, you can battle together to defeat a Gym and assign your Pokémon to defend it against all comers. Team up to defeat powerful Raid Bosses A Raid Battle is a cooperative gameplay experience that encourages you to work with up to 20 other Trainers to defeat an extremely powerful Pokémon known as the Raid Boss. If you succeed in defeating it in battle, you’ll have the chance to catch an extra powerful Pokémon of your own! It’s time to get moving—your real-life adventures await! • Niantic destroys a great franchise

    By CGM1025
I get the impression Niantic is trying to kill the pokémon franchise, this game is very simple, yet is littered with bugs and server errors. Since the release of this game, Niantic hasn’t been able to fix some of the most basic errors this app contains. Millions of player dollars are pouring in and they actively deny responses to players, refuse to fix errors caused by their servers and they just slowly deplete your patience for these bugs until you just stop playing. This isn’t a game niantic expects you to play, this is a game they want you to spend a few dollars on and delete a week later out of frustration. Their mission isn’t to create a good pokémon game, it’s to cash in on the pokémon franchise and to give a big middle finger to long time fans. This game is the reason my complete collection of pokémon games became incomplete. I am done with the pokémon franchise, not getting “let’s go” due to niantic and i am done with any future releases until niantic gets removed (which won’t happen). Niantic is worse than disney is to star wars.
  • Good game but problems

    By Riptide46
The game is great except that I have an arcanine and it won’t let me use it even though it shows up on the Pokémon menu screen where it shows All of your Pokémon
  • A frustrating experience in futility

    By Moriarty122
This games still a buggy mess unfortunately. There’s times where I’m trying to click on a pokemon and it just refuses to engage with it. Same with pokestops, I spin it to no avail. I know its not my internet because every other app including games that require the internet. As far as I can tell, there’s still no purpose to do what you’re doing. No PvE, and the PvP is very limited. Dont waste your time.
  • Great exercise app for a while

    By Kurotsubasa
It was very motivating for a while, then it became very repetitive. Teams turn the city hostile toward each other. I would quit just for that reason. Lots of nerds play, spending money on a virtual game, and that part is not healthy. I was never into Pokémon, but this was entertaining. I advise against playing this game everyday, and spend some time with your loved ones.
  • Don’t work

Hi, I’m Olive I was just starting and all the Pokémon were in the SAME place at the same time!! So I can’t play the game until it works. - Olive
  • Loading problems

    By Rsyjsgk
Fun but trainer battles are effectively worthless as it takes multiple attempts to even get both plays to enter it without randomly getting booted. Even when both players manage to get into the battle, network connection problems always makes it so one player sits and doesn’t attack while the other does.
  • Communication

    Talk to other trainers
  • Ran out of poke balls

    By iceypaw
Loved playing it but not paying for the main source game mechanic of the game. It’s game over for me.
  • Adventure sync problem

    By Boosted98cobra
I just upgraded from the 8 plus to the xs max and for some reason the ability to use adventure sync has stopped working it won’t even let me activate it in health it doesn’t even show up as a source
  • Disappointed

    By Irene319
I just think it’s really mess up how we throw these balls at excellents and greats and these rare Pokémon won’t stay. Like my kid was throwing 4 greats in a row and two excellents and it still got out. And he gave it all sorts of berries. Now my kids is sad and disappointed. Like are you guys intentionally trying to put their hopes up and then just BOOM! Squash it like it wasn’t no big deal. I’m seriously disappointed in this game. I have a 6 year old really sad that his raid pass was wasted on a battle he won but the Pokémon wouldn’t stay. This should be fix. Same with the coins. Just saying.
