  • $99.99 for everything

I wanted to love this game, but everything cost $99.99 and the only option to obtain these items is to pay or just deal with it. Nothing for $19.99 or even $5.00 for corn. Nope corn to upgrade the building cost $99.99 and they don’t give you enough so you have to purchase two packs.
  • PROSPECTIVE PLAYERS BEWARE: Predatory “pay to play” scheme

Hundred dollar packs offered every few minutes while playing the game. Sure, they offer you $5 packs initially, which I didn’t see the harm in. I even bought a $20 pack to “get the full experience.” However, I did not know until talking to other players that the pack cost rise with every purchase. There are players paying hundreds, and some THOUSANDS of dollars to be at the top of the leaderboards. This game literally gets to the point, after months in a new realm, where you have to spend money so you are not wiped out by the competition. This is a predatory “pay to pay” game and the developers are making a killing (financially) on its players. PROSPECTIVE PLAYER BEWARE.
  • Money pit with terrible support

My advice after playing this game for well over two years, is don’t bother. While fun at first, and the interaction between players can be enjoyable at times, this game becomes a MASSIVE MONEY PIT, and will require well over $5000 in pack purchases for you to remain remotely competitive. Even that will be short lived as the developers continue to add more levels, stronger troops, stronger monsters to train, and more powerful heroes. It’s a never ending wallet drain. Do yourself a favor and find a game that’s worth it and not so focused on pay to win, or the packs don’t cost $100 each. This game will be dead in another six months. Just to add an update, the devs performed a complete reset of the game by introducing “dark” buildings, resources, and troops. Everything people had purchased prior to this point is now WORTHLESS. Some people have spent 10s of thousands on this game...think about that for a minute. I stopped playing the game and now only login to talk with the friends I’ve made in the game. That’s about the only redeeming aspect of this game...sadly. Way to screw up, Epic Action.
  • Fun but increasingly glitchy

Great game that I have been playing for about 6 months, but more recently the game has gotten increasingly glitchy. Items not working as intended. Features being made available to some players in a realm but not others. Could be good but currently heading in the wrong direction. More attention needed to making sure things work. Most recently packages for sale in app but once purchased they items in it are not yet usable. No mention of that in game until I reached out to support.
  • Incompetent and dishonest developer!

Through the use of barely legal, and sometimes not legal advertising they will steal your money, not provide what they promised, and then ignore you afterwards. They are crooks and liars. Their customer service reps only reply with Cut & Paste replies, and all appear to be dumber than a sack of rocks. None of them actually play the game they are supposed to be supporting, and so they never actually understand bug reports and complaints. Absolutely the worst customer service, support, and QA in the industry. These people are so useless, they shouldn’t be allowed to work in the industry. The developers can no longer fix and patch their own game. The list of things broken that people have paid money for, and are just ignored, are a mile long. It appears that no one there understands how the combat actually works anymore, and are either unable or unwilling to balance it. If you didn’t know it, this is yet another MZ (Machine Zone) game, even though they have hidden their hated name via a different developer pseudonym. The game is every awful practice and deception synonymous with MZ. Know what you’re getting into. You have been warned.
  • Pay to play

Developers have created a game that is truly a pay to play game. If you do not spend you sit and watch everyone else demolish your city. Even if you have played for over a year and spent close to if not over $1500 US dollars and stop spending you are so far behind in less than a week that it will cost upwards of $300 just to catch up. Unless you plan on spending big big money save your money and play something else.
  • Pay to play idle game

One of the worst games on the App Store. It is an idle game, so you just click on something every day or two. Worst game and just a pure cash grab scam. Terrible graphics too,
  • Dead game

After all the unfair advantages the devs give to the mega spenders, this game is almost dead now. There are much better games to play that are not only fair, but a lot cheaper if you do decide to spend.

This game is endless money pit. Unless you want to empty your bank account. Customer service of Epic is horrible unless you spend over $ 100,000.
