  • Money spent, nothing really gained..

    By Forsure886722
Absolutely great game. Until I spent money and realized it wouldn’t matter. If spending the amount of two console quality games could be worth anything it wasn’t. Even in other p2p games advancement is at least recognized. If I were to continue playing I would request a serious deep evaluation of the costs and gains. Please.
  • Pay to play

    By Mark308TGIF
Everything is centered on those to pay to play. And Apple users don’t bother the game continually crashes since they did an update 3 months ago, if you play 4 hours a day expect 20-30 crashes. Hope it doesn’t crash when a pay to play players 30 times your strength is raiding your base. When you sent the developers a ticked they just reply, it’s a know issue that they are working on......3 months later it’s even worse.
  • Fun early but around level 19 lost interest

    By Tkecraig443
Leveling buildings past 19 becomes to costly. Really takes to much time between leveling up that it got boring waiting. Also, unless in a good alliance you get bullied by others and they steal your resources. No matter how high i upgrade base it keeps getting raided. Finally had enough and quit the game.
  • Pay to Win - I recommend you skip this title.

Like many “games” these days, this is a GUI interface to their micro-transaction system. Also, like some games, this game borders on offensive in their greed. If you plan on playing this game for any amount of time worth mentioning, be prepared to pay. $5.00 purchase options will quickly be replaced by $25.00 and $50.00 options. The system and game is designed to eek out every last dime. In many games I play I am considered a “whale”. I have no problem spending money to support games. I do, however, have a problem with developers increasing their levels of greed to unconscionable levels. <— Run that way or, better yet, try it and tell the developers how you feel. In reading their developer responses it seems they could use a dose of reality.
  • Unbalanced

    By wesbrown86
The game is completely unbalanced and is PAY TO WIN. Even with that resources can still be stolen from your real money.
  • Star Trek pay to play

Fair graphics and storyline make think your getting into something good. Developer have a lot of integration issues. Very slow game progress. Much time lost for ship repairs, travel to destinations, upgrades. Game gives minimal bonuses to keep you busy while you are waiting. Tasks have some interesting challenges to gain credits. There are side challenges that not part the regular task program. Most game play can be done by a ten year old, no real skill level, very repetitive. Other problems glitchy award screen that won't update credit. Problems with site connection kicking you out every half hour or so. Multiple ship attacks on a single task assignment will not decrease damage after first ship attacks so second ship is facing non-damaged ship. This is unlike attacking a player or hostile that sums up damage. Update: I'm at level 17. It has really turned into a pay-to-play game, because you can no longer efficiently process the type of minerals in meaningful quantities to update and advance your ships. They do happily refer you to their store to purchase them. I will work the game a little further and report. Update: At level 19, mind numbing, boring routine, little challenge, little progress, constant server drops from their site. To much time for so little reward. I am pulling the plug on this brain dead game. Good luck to you all.
  • Avoid unless you plan to f2p

    By SilentVendetta
Game breaking bugs allow other players to steal resources purchased with real money (e.g. base shield bug) even though player took all necessary precautions. No recourse from developer other than “thank you for your patience.” In addition, some paid-for features (Prime Research) no longer provide benefits due another bug. Spend your money elsewhere unless you are searching for heartache.
  • Fundamental problems

    By pretzelman5
Reading some of the other reviews echoes my experience. Without paying, you are basically capped at lvl 19. The missions you are capable of completing very quickly run out. The culture among a lot of the players can also make it unplayable. It’s being overrun by credit card warriors who blast away everyone, making it impossible to progress, which is a slow process even without PvP issues. The game has a wonderful concept but terrible execution. I just uninstalled...going to try Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes per another person’s suggestion.

This starts entertaining. However, I came to this game to command a recognizable Star Fleet, Romulin, or Klingon vessel; not a Talla class battleship I hadn’t heard of until this game. I suppose I could spend hundreds of dollars and unlock all the ships I want, but that isn’t a guarantee either, because as soon as you pay for increased resources you get attacked and lose almost all that you paid for. I deleted this game from all my device after a month of play. I even gave in and bought additional resources with one of two out comes always happening. They never showed up in game play after I purchased them or some other player attacked my station and took them. This is simply a bully game and all fun leaves to the point where you can’t do any missions because all you have collected will be taken and you can’t amass enough to advance. I don’t recall anyone in Star Trek spending so much time mining! Yet it’s central to advancing in this game. It’s simply ridiculous and just a trick to get us to pay for resources instead of getting them in game. Overall the game isn’t fair; to put it bluntly. The experience is a kin to the Little Orphan Annie decoder ring in a Christmas Story. Excitement at first then disappointment. WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T GET THIS GAME!
  • Pretty good, but too grindy

    By MikeWick
First off, I do like this game. Secondly, PLEASE ADD SPELL CHECK SUPPORT AND VERTICAL KEYBOARD SUPPORT FOR TYPING. This game is a little grindy, especially for special ships. Overall it’s good though.
